The Los Angeles Rams will have one of the biggest decisions to make in franchise history next week when they select who they are going to take at quarterback with the first overall pick. Will it be Jared Goff, the kid from Cal, or Carson Wentz, the kid that nobody heard of until he lit it up in the FCS National Championship game?

These are the decisions that general manager Les Snead and head coach Jeff Fisher have to make. This one pick could make or break it for them. If they get it right, they could start winning and make a few playoff runs. If they get it wrong however, chances are they could be gone by the time the new stadium opens in Los Angeles in 2019.

Both quarterbacks have things to like and dislike about them and given the severity of this decision and how much the Rams decided to give up to get their next starting quarterback, it’s important to know everything there is about these two players.

In the next few slides I’ve broken down the positives, negatives, what experts are saying, as well as broke down some film of the quarterbacks.Without further ado, let’s get started. First up will be Carson Wentz out of North Dakota State.
