LB Josh Forrest

There may have been better options available at linebacker when the Rams took Forrest, such as Scooby Wright, but if Snead and Fisher had him higher on their board, then they took a guy that they believe fits them better. Forrest is versatile and adds linebacker depth, however this move speaks more to special teams.

The Rams lost Darren Bates in the offseason who was great on special teams. Forrest will try and fill that role with the hope that he can learn Williams’ scheme and be ready when he’s needed. ]
