Jared Goff: 316-519 for 3,380 yards and 22 touchdowns (13 interceptions)

I understand 519 attempts is a high amount for a rookie quarterback, but consider this: had Nick Foles started all 16 games, he would have finished with roughly 490 attempts (he averaged ~30.6 in 11 games without playing a single game with Rob Boras as his offensive coordinator). Boras runs a variation of the Air Coryell, an offense that relies on mid to deep passing and a power run game. The AC also calls for a quarterback with a strong arm, good timing, and the accuracy to throw to a spot; they also need to be tough and possess the ability to throw in the face of pressure. While Goff doesn’t have a cannon, he can still push the ball down the field in addition to maintaining the aforementioned qualities. Once more, Bradford threw for 3,512 yards as a rookie with the likes of Danny Amendola and Brandon Gibson, signaling Goff’s potential with improved talent around him.
