5 Reasons Why the Los Angeles Rams Should Give Jeff Fisher a Contract Extension

Rams Finished 7-9 in 2015
Despite finishing the 2015 season with a 7-9 record, the Rams could have easily finished the year with a winning record when looking at some of the close games they lost–including two overtime losses to the Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers.
Without the Rams’ stellar defense, there’s no way Fisher’s squad would have seen the type of success they had in 2015 and the defense will be the key factor for success once again during the 2016 season. If Fisher managed to win seven games last season with Nick Foles–who threw just seven touchdowns in 11 games–as his starter for a majority of the year, just imagine what they can do this year with a better quarterback.
It’s still too early to tell when it comes to whether or not that quarterback will be Case Keenum or Jared Goff, but at least the team realizes their mistake with Foles as they’ve spent most of the offseason trying to find a trade partner for the quarterback.
