Potential For Todd Gurley and Rams’ Offense

Fisher and the Rams knew they were taking a risk on Todd Gurley when they selected the former Georgia star in the first round of the 2015 season and based off his rookie year–it’s safe to say the gamble paid off.

Gurley turned out to be a fantasy stud for the Rams after rushing for 1,106 yards and 10 touchdowns while playing in just 13 games. It’s never easy to bounce back from a torn ACL, but Gurley showed no complications from the injury and could be in for a monstrous sophomore season with Los Angeles as long as he remains healthy.

Between having one of the league’s top up-and-coming running backs and a new quarterback, early signs indicate the Rams’ offense will receive a major upgrade this upcoming season. It won’t take much for Los Angeles to improve their offense compared to last season and the potential alone should be enough reason for the team to want to keep Fisher around beyond 2016.
