Rams Play in Tough NFC West

Despite playing in arguably the toughest division in football, the Rams managed to finish 4-2 in division games last season–including two key wins against the Seahawks and one win against the Arizona Cardinals.

Normally, Fisher should receive the benefit of the doubt when considering he has to play both teams twice each season, but the Rams proved last year they at least have what it takes to compete in the division. With the potential surrounding the defense building off last year’s success along with an offense filled with talented young players ready to breakout, Fisher can’t use “playing in the NFC West” as an excuse for the team’s record any more at the end of the season.

Instead, Fisher has the opportunity to use last year as motivation to show the rest of the division that Los Angeles deserves to be in the conversation of competing for the NFC West title with the Cardinals and Seahawks for years to come.
