Goff of Thrones
If you happen to be a fan of Jared Goff and the hit HBO show Game of Thrones–how on earth can you go wrong with a name like Goff of Thrones in fantasy football?
Luckily, football fans that also happen to love Thrones won’t have to worry about the show interfering with football since the show won’t return until next Summer. As far as Goff is concerned, it will be interesting to see if the quarterback can perform well enough over the next couple of weeks to convince Jeff Fisher he deserves to be the starter in Week 1.
And if Goff does end up earning the starting role at quarterback, he may be a solid pickup for fantasy football owners looking for a second quarterback on their roster. With weapons like Todd Gurley and Tavon Austin, the Rams’ offense should be much better than last year–whether it’s Goff or Case Keenum at quarterback.
