2016 NFL Power Rankings: Los Angeles Rams Fall Heading Into Final Week of Preseason

21. Oakland Raiders (17)
Just like the Titans, the Oakland Raiders are another team looking to end their disastrous streak of non-winning seasons and despite two losses in the preseason, it’s hard not to get excited about this team.
It’s hard to believe the Raiders haven’t recorded a winning season since 2002, but Derek Carr looks to put an end to that streak now that the quarterback has two years of experience under his belt. Carr showed he’s ready for another big season after completing 12 of 18 passes for 169 yards with two touchdowns against the Titans and with a top target of Amari Cooper in the passing game, just imagine the potential for Oakland this year.
The AFC West will be one of the toughest divisions in football, but this team finally seems ready to make a run from a competitive standpoint. As long as he stays healthy, Carr will finally help Oakland become contenders again in the AFC.
