20. Buffalo Bills (18)

Nobody knows what to really expect from the Buffalo Bills in 2016, but it’s safe to say Rex Ryan is going to do whatever it takes to make sure this team is ready to compete in the AFC East.

Between LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins, the potential is certainly there for the Bills on offense even though the team is coming off a disappointing outing against the Washington Redskins. The main concern for Buffalo seems to be whether their star players can stay healthy and if Tyrod Taylor can live up to the hype again after receiving a hefty extension this offseason, the Bills could give the New England Patriots a run for their money in the division.

For whatever reason, the Bills’ offense just hasn’t been anything to brag about in the preseason as the team has scored just 55 points in three games. After finishing 8-8 last year, let’s hope Buffalo is ready to go by the time the regular season comes around.

Next: 19. Baltimore Ravens
