19. Baltimore Ravens (22)
The Baltimore Ravens were the unfortunate victims of a devastating preseason injury after tight end Benjamin Watson suffered a torn Achilles tendon against the Lions and will miss the entire 2016 season. With this crushing news for Baltimore, just imagine the frustration head coach John Harbaugh is feeling.
Last year, the Ravens just couldn’t catch a break when it comes to serious injuries as the team missed the playoffs for just the third time over the last 10 years. While Joe Flacco will be the starter at quarterback once again for the Ravens, one of the biggest stories from the preseason has been the battle at backup between Ryan Mallett and Josh Johnson.
After Mallett’s performance against the Lions (10 of 15 for 112 yards with one touchdown), it’s safe to say Johnson may have missed his opportunity to backup Flacco. But keep an eye on these two in the preseason finale as they should provide fans with one heck of a final battle.
