2016 NFL Power Rankings: Los Angeles Rams Fall Heading Into Final Week of Preseason

12. Dallas Cowboys (11)
All of the fans who wanted Dak Prescott to start at quarterback over Tony Romo are going to get what they asked for after the veteran quarterback is expected to miss 6-10 weeks after injuring his back against the Seattle Seahawks.
Prescott has been one of the biggest surprises of preseason as he’s done an amazing job running the Cowboys’ offense when on the football field. Not only has Prescott been effective for the Cowboys as a passer, but the rookie has been just as dangerous on the ground with his legs–even if he did just finish with 12 rushing yards against Seattle in Week 3.
If Prescott has complete 17 of 23 passes for 116 yards with one touchdown against a tough defense like Seattle, just imagine what the quarterback will be capable once the regular season gets underway. Prescott has shown plenty of hype during the preseason and now it’s time to see if he can live up to the expectations now that he’ll enter the season as the main starter at quarterback.
