11. Kansas City Chiefs (12)

It wasn’t the most difficult competition, but the Kansas City Chiefs should feel good about the team heading into the regular season after a key win against the Bears.

Alex Smith continues to shine in the preseason after leading the team in both passing (181) and rushing yards (25), but the Chiefs still have plenty of areas in need of improvement on offense–especially in the ground game. Everyone knows what Jamaal Charles is capable of at running back when healthy, but one of the main questions will be whether Spencer Ware–who has looked good in preseason–can emerge as a reliable backup.

Ware is making a strong case for himself after finding the end zone in each preseason game so far and it will be interesting to see if he ends up taking carries away from Charcandrick West in the backfield.

Next: 10. Minnesota Vikings
