10. Minnesota Vikings (9)
The scary thing about the Minnesota Vikings is how much better of a football team they can be with a better offense and it was easy to see the potential during Sunday’s win against the Chargers.
Teddy Bridgewater has always been a reliable quarterback for the Vikings, but he’s never been the type of player to display monster numbers–mainly because he never really needed to. Against San Diego, Bridgewater looked extra sharp after completing 12 of 16 passes for 161 yards with one touchdown.
As much as the defense will carry Minnesota in 2016, the team is going to need these types of performances from Bridgewater if they’re going to have any shot at repeating as division champions. The 23 points against the Chargers have been the most by the Vikings all preseason and their 3-0 record indicates just how dangerous this defense can be with Mike Zimmer at head coach.
