23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (23)

Expectations are high for Jameis Winston heading into his sophomore season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and after shedding 20 pounds in the offseason, the former Florida State standout seems ready to flourish under center.

Winston exceeded his rookie expectations after throwing for 4,022 yards with 22 touchdowns and even managed to rush for six touchdowns on the ground as well. And if shedding all of that weight wasn’t impressive enough, Winston also spent his offseason working with Michael Jordan‘s trainer.

In other words, the Buccaneers should be excited about what’s in store for Winston in 2016 as the quarterback looks to make this team one of the top sleepers to watch in the NFC. There’s plenty of competition in the NFC South and it will be important to see how they stack up against the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons.

Otherwise, the Buccaneers won’t stand a chance at all.
