20. Oakland Raiders (21)

If all goes well, the Oakland Raiders hope to put an end to their disastrous streak of non-winning seasons for the first time since 2002–which happened to be the year they lost the Super Bowl to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Derek Carr has already proven to be the type of quarterback who improves with experience and based off the last two seasons, the former first-round pick could be in for his best year yet. The Raiders came up big when making the decision to use their first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft on Amari Cooper to give their quarterback a reliable weapon on offense.

And with a year of experience playing together under their belts, expectations are high when it comes to the duo of Carr and Cooper. If Oakland does end up making a playoff run this season, they will have these two stars to thank for it.
