32. Chicago Bears (32)

For most of the preseason the Chicago Bears have sat at the bottom of the Power Rankings and sadly, it doesn’t look like things are going to get better for this team any time soon.

To say this team has looked terrible at times throughout the preseason would be a huge understatement and it’s a shame when considering all of the talent Chicago has on offense. Not only has Jay Cutler proven to be one of the league’s toughest quarterbacks when considering all the hits he takes, but Alshon Jeffery seems capable of emerging as one of the league’s top wideouts.

Of course, the main problem for Jeffery will be staying healthy after the wide receiver was limited to playing in just nine games in 2015. Not to mention it may be tough for this team to adjust to life without Matt Forte–who is now a member of the New York Jets.
