13. Minnesota Vikings (10)
While the Minnesota Vikings put together one of the most impressive playoff runs from last year thanks to a strong defense, Teddy Bridgewater also played a big role managing the game on offense. And there’s no question losing the quarterback for the season is a major slap to the face for this Vikings team.
With Bridgewater out, Minnesota will rely on Shaun Hill at quarterback and while the veteran has plenty of experience throughout his career, it certainly won’t be the same on offense. The last time Hill started at quarterback came during the 2014 season as a member of the Rams when he finished with a 3-5 record.
It may take time for the Vikings to get used to playing without Bridgewater, but this team is still talented enough to be strong contenders in the NFC. If the defense can play as well as they did during last year’s playoff run, it will take some of the pressure off Hill on offense.
