28. Detroit Lions (29)

Nothing against any of the current wide receivers for the Detroit Lions, but no player is going to be able to fill the shoes of Calvin Johnson–who announced his retirement in the offseason.

Between the addition of Anquan Boldin and Golden Tate recording at least 90 catches over the last two seasons, the Lions’ offense certainly seems capable of displaying big numbers during the 2016 season. Of course, the only way this is going to happen is if Matthew Stafford continues playing at a high level.

After battling numerous injuries over his first two seasons, Stafford has started every game for Detroit since 2011 and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Stafford has always been the type of quarterback who is capable of making the players around him better and while it may take some adjusting at first, the Lions’ offense should be just fine in the long run.
