27. Jacksonville Jaguars (26)

If it weren’t for a collapse by the backups of the Cincinnati Bengals, the Jacksonville Jaguars would have finished winless in the preseason.

On paper, the Jaguars seem capable of having one of the best offenses in football thanks to Blake Bortles having weapons like Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns, and Julius Thomas in the passing game. But living up to the hype appears to be the biggest concern for Jacksonville heading into the regular season as this team looks for its first winning season since 2011.

Bortles didn’t hold back in an interview last week when discussing how bad the first team looked against the Bengals and the question now becomes whether the quarterback can finally lead this team on a playoff run. After winning five games or less in each of the last five seasons, Bortles and the Jaguars should be able to finally put an end to that streak if all goes well this year.
