Cardinals Over Patriots

As if playing without Tom Brady over the first four games wasn’t already frustrating enough, the New England Patriots will also open the season without superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The Patriots will obviously still have a shot against the Arizona Cardinals, but it certainly won’t be easy when looking at all of the challenges standing in their way.

Despite a disappointing preseason, Bruce Arians and the Cardinals will be ready to make another deep run in the NFC after falling just short of the Super Bowl in January. Not only will Arizona’s defense cause plenty of problems for opponents, but also their high-powered offense has the potential to be one of the best in the league.

With New England missing two of their star players, it’s tough to imagine Arizona failing to take advantage of this situation. Expect the Cardinals to start off the season on a hot note as they look for redemption from the way last season came to an end.
