Texans Over Bears

When it comes to popular selections for suicide pools in Week 1, there’s a good chance a majority of football fans will be taking the Houston Texans at home against the Chicago Bears.

If the preseason is any indication of what’s in store, the Bears could be in for a long season after finishing 6-10 last year. Jay Cutler has always proven to be one of the league’s toughest quarterbacks, but the veteran knows he’s going to need as much help as possible on offense–especially with Matt Forte out of the picture.

As for the Texans, this team looks to take their game to a whole new level after signing Brock Osweiler to a hefty deal in the offseason. Houston’s defense was the main reason behind the team’s AFC South title in 2015, and with an upgrade at the quarterback position, this team is already considered one of the best in the AFC.

It sounds bad, but don’t be surprised if the Texans end up winning this one in a blowout.
