19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (23)

All of that work done by Winston in the offseason in which he shed nearly 20 pounds, and worked out with Michael Jordan‘s trainer, appears to be paying off for the second-year quarterback.

Winston’s performance against the Falcons was easily one of the best from opening weekend after he completed 23 of 33 passes for 281 yards with four touchdowns. The fact that Winston brushed off a disappointing first quarter only to finish with these type of numbers shows how much improvement he’s already made since his rookie season.

Tampa Bay was considered one of the sleeper teams to keep an eye on in the NFC when it comes to making a surprise playoff run, and even though it’s only one game, it’s easy to see why. This looks like a completely different team from one year ago, and the Buccaneers are off to the hot start fans were hoping to see.
