27. Jacksonville Jaguars (27)
Whoever drew up the final play on offense for the Jacksonville Jaguars against the Green Bay Packers should be banned from calling plays for the remainder of the season. The Jaguars were in the perfect position to pull off a huge win against the Packers on opening day before giving it away on that crucial fourth-and-1 play.
Everybody knew the Jaguars were one of a few teams to keep an eye on in Week 1 when it came to the possibility of an upset thanks to their high-powered offense. With Blake Bortles (24 of 39 for 320 yards with a touchdown and an interception) playing in his third season along with a passing game consisting of Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns, and Julius Thomas, the sky seems to be the limit for this offense in 2016.
Jacksonville can say whatever they want about this being one game, but this would have been a huge statement win against one of the best teams the league has to offer in the Packers.
