Los Angeles Rams Need Another Big Game From Tavon Austin Against Arizona Cardinals
By Dan Parzych
The Los Angeles Rams will need a big game from Tavon Austin if they’re going to defeat the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4.
After finding the end zone 10 times last year, the Los Angeles Rams had high expectations for Tavon Austin entering the 2016 season, but it took the wide receiver a little longer to find a good groove prior to last weekend’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In that game, Austin finally made an impact in the passing game after catching five passes for 82 yards, including a key 43-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter that ended up being a difference maker. With a critical Week 4 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, the Rams hope to see another strong performance from their $42 million investment in Austin.

Despite currently sitting on top of the NFC West, Los Angeles is the unfortunate victims of going against an Arizona team facing desperation after a surprising 1-2 start. It was one thing to see the Cardinals fall to the Patriots on opening night, but the team’s loss to the Buffalo Bills ended up being one of the biggest surprises from Week 3.
Arizona realizes the last thing they can afford to do is fall to 1-3 on the season, and chances are Carson Palmer is going to do everything in his power to make sure this offense comes out firing against Los Angeles.
