Vrabel is a surprising name and wasn’t expected to be interviewed by the Rams. He has spent six seasons as a coach and as Breer noted, he’s “widely viewed as a future head coach.”

Rams Interview with Kyle Shanahan Postponed
The Rams will have to wait longer to interview Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan, as the team’s executives were unable to get out of Boston due to bad weather, per CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora:
Rams team officials are unable to get out of Boston, where they interviewed Josh McDaniels, in time to meet with Shanahan in ATL

Rams execs were there in the first place to interview Patriots OC Josh McDaniels, who is another head coach candidate for Los Angeles. Now the Rams can’t meet with Shanahan until the Super Bowl bye week, unless the Falcons are eliminated from the playoffs earlier, according to league rules.

Rams to Interview Anthony Lynn
A meeting with Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn is reportedly scheduled for Sunday, according to ESPN’s Mike Rodak.
While it would appear the Bills want to hire Lynn as their head coach, Rodak says nothing is imminent there.
Rams Interviewed Harold Goodwin on Thursday
The Rams interviewed Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin on Thursday. He’s one of the lesser-known names in the team’s search, but is certainly qualified nonetheless.

Atlanta Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan
It was reported the Rams would take a look at Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. Now it looks as though the Rams will interview him sometime between Friday and Saturday:
Between Friday and Saturday, #Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan will do HC interviews with #Rams, #Jaguars, #Broncos & #49ers, sources say.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) January 2, 2017
Shanahan was the head of the No. 1 offense in the NFL this season and will be one of the hottest names being mentioned for head coaching vacancies this offseason.
Reports have suggested his father, former NFL head coach Mike Shanahan, is someone Kyle would like to bring along wherever he goes. Shanahan has already stated he’d be open to an advisory role with the Rams, which certainly couldn’t hurt.

Also of note, the Rams reportedly interviewed interim head coach John Fassel for the job on Monday, although that was likely a formality more than anything else.
