30. San Francisco 49ers

After being one of the biggest laughing stocks of the 2016 season with only two wins (both of which came against the Los Angeles Rams), the San Francisco 49ers have been keeping themselves busy since the hiring of Kyle Shanahan as head coach. Bringing Brian Hoyer on board was a wise move when looking at his veteran experience, but the 49ers still need to figure out their plans long term at the position.

The upcoming draft has plenty of selections to work with when it comes to potential quarterbacks to build the franchise around, and the best part is bringing Shanahan on board as head coach has helped draw interest from numerous free agents. If it weren’t for Shanahan, there’s a good chance the 49ers wouldn’t have been able to land wide receivers like Pierre Garcon and Marquise Goodwin, but even the new head coach knows the team still has plenty of work ahead.

Shanahan has seen plenty of success as an offensive coordinator in the NFL, and after years of rumors surrounding the possibility of becoming a head coach, he finally has an opportunity to shine. It’s not going to be easy, but if anyone can figure out a way to turn around San Francisco’s offense, it’s Shanahan.
