Jeff Fisher was head coach of the Los Angeles Rams for nearly five seasons.

The first year of the Los Angeles Rams playing in their new city last season obviously didn’t go according to plan after the team finished with a disappointing 4-12 record. From a struggling offense to Jared Goff failing to win a single game in seven appearances, the 2016 season was certainly filled with plenty of frustrating moments for the Rams, but at least the firing of Jeff Fisher was one positive takeaway.

The former Los Angeles head coach was sent packing shortly after the team suffered an embarrassing 42-14 loss at home to the Atlanta Falcons. But in a way, this was a move that seemed long overdue for the Rams when considering Fisher sits on top of the list for most losses with Dan Reeves (165), and never recorded a single winning season in his five seasons as head coach.

Ever since Amazon announced that Los Angeles would be featured on the second season of the hit series All or Nothing, fans have been anxious to see behind the scenes action of how Fisher’s firing went down. And thanks to the clip below, Rams fans, along with fans of other teams, can enjoy a little sneak peak of Fisher announcing the news to his former staff.

As much as Rams fans were happy to see Fisher go towards the end of last season, this is still a tough video to watch when considering how tough it is to see anyone lose their job, no matter how terrible they may have been. Obviously, Los Angeles moving on from Fisher was necessary for the team, and they seem to be much better off with new head coach Sean McVay when seeing how quickly key players like Goff are picking up his system.

Even though most Rams fans may not want to re-live what went down last season, it will still be awesome to get a closer look at the action when All or Nothing is available to stream on June 30. Despite all of the struggles displayed throughout last season, isn’t it wonderful to see Los Angeles still manage to receive the extra exposure on shows like All or Nothing and Hard Knocks?
