10. Seattle Seahawks (10)

Leave it to the Seattle Seahawks to arguably be the most exciting team from the first week of preseason after putting up 48 points against the Los Angeles Chargers thanks to solid performances on both sides of the football. Preseason games can be difficult to make a big deal over, but based off what the Seahawks brought to the table on Sunday night, it makes it clear they’re going to be one of the teams in the NFC that has a strong chance of making a run at the Super Bowl.

Defense has played a key role in helping Pete Carroll‘s squad being able to earn a trip to the postseason in each of the last five years, and while the unit should be near the top of the league once again for overall performance, the offense led by Russell Wilson will be the difference maker. Seeing Wilson lead the way like he did last year despite dealing with multiple injuries was truly amazing, and now that he’s fully healthy, the Seahawks quarterback seems determined to have one of the best seasons of his career.

Cruising to an NFC West title wasn’t that much of a problem for Seattle in 2016, but when seeing how much they’ve struggled against the Los Angeles Rams over the years, it will be interesting if that happens to be the case once again. For whatever reason, the Rams always seem to play their best football against the Seahawks, and with an improved offense under new head coach Sean McVay, Seattle could face even more problems against their division opponents.
