9. Miami Dolphins (11)

Due to the weather in Florida, the Miami Dolphins will kick their 2017 season off in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers since Sunday’s contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was postponed until later in the year. After emerging as one of the surprise teams in the AFC a year ago, expectations are even higher for the Dolphins heading into the new season, and hopefully the addition of Jay Cutler helps bring the best out of the offense.

As frustrating as losing Ryan Tannehill was for Miami, the argument can be made that Cutler is an upgrade at quarterback, despite all of his struggles from the last few seasons. Keep in mind the Chicago Bears didn’t do the best of jobs with providing Cutler the necessary weapons to succeed, but the quarterback should see a major difference as a member of the Dolphins.

Thanks to having reliable weapons on offense to work with in Jarvis Landry and Jay Ajayi, Miami has done an excellent job with setting Cutler for success in running this offense. Who would have thought after parting ways with the Bears, Cutler would find himself in position to be on a playoff contender in the Dolphins?
