Los Angeles fans get an early kick off this Week 4 in Dallas.
As LA gets another test on the way to being a contender in the NFC West, the Cowboys become something of a litmus test for the Rams.
Indy has proven something of a fluke, and the Washington Redskins were terribly beatable. San Francisco was a game where Los Angeles found a way to outlast the home team on the road, but also found a defense that they may have to carry for the immediate time being.
Dallas will be the best measuring stick for the Rams.
A win will launch them into immediate consideration for an NFC West title, and an interesting subject for the playoffs.
Immediately, Sean McVay becomes the guy who saves a franchise, and Goff the QB he saved from the dust bin.
It also moved the Rams to 3-1.
For the first time in a long time, Los Angeles can hang with a blue blood like the Cowboys. The forgone conclusion that Dallas wins in a cakewalk is premature.

The Rams are “the goods.”
A win against the Cowboys cements the Los Angeles Rams as a team to consider.
Ahead of schedule most likely, but a team worthy of consideration.
