15. Washington Redskins (15)

Bad news for the Washington Redskins after receiving the news that Josh Norman has already been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles after the cornerback was limited in practice this week while recovering from a fractured rib. Nobody needs to explain just how much of a difference the Redskins’ defense is with Norman in the lineup, and when seeing how some of the Eagles receivers are playing lately, they easily could use him in the lineup.

By winning three of their previous four games, Washington finds themselves in position to gain some ground for first place in the NFC East with a win against Philadelphia on Monday Night Football. And while the Eagles may be the favorites at the moment thanks to having the best record in the NFL at 5-1, let’s not forget how close it was when these two rivals met back in Week 1.

Kirk Cousins may have finished that game with three turnovers, but the Washington quarterback will have revenge on his mind when for an opportunity to shine against Philadelphia in front of their own fans. All of a sudden, the Redskins, who many projected to finish at the bottom of the division heading into the year, are making a case to be in contention for the NFC East race.
