29. New York Giants (26)

When the New York Giants jumped out to an early 7-0 lead against the Seattle Seahawks, fans seemed to have a little excitement over their team picking up right where they left off last weekend when they pulled off an unexpected win on the road against the Denver Broncos. But eventually, the Giants started to look like the team that went winless over their first five games of the season by failing to score a single point for the rest of the game while allowing the Seahawks to score 24 unanswered in the 24-7 win.

In a way, the results of this game shouldn’t come as a surprise for a team like New York when looking at all of the injuries this team has been dealing with, but that doesn’t make it easier for them to accept. As mentioned before, the Giants pulling off the big win on the road against the Broncos seemed to give this team some much-needed confidence, only to end up on the losing end once again.

At least when it comes to rookie Evan Engram, the tight end continues to take advantage of extra passes thrown in his direction due to all of the injuries after catching six passes for 60 yards with a touchdown in the loss. Watching a team like New York use a first rounder on a tight end last April was one of the biggest surprises from the NFL Draft, but Engram seems to be a solid addition when seeing the impact he’s having in the passing game, despite all of the key losses.
