27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (23)

When considering all of the concern surrounding Jameis Winston’s shoulder entering Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, nobody expected the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to compete at this high level, especially after their recent loss to the Arizona Cardinals. But as impressive as it was to see the Buccaneers take the late lead with just over three minutes in regulation, it was disappointing to see them figure out a way to end up on the losing end after allowing the Bills to score 10 points in those final minutes on their way to a 30-27 win.

With the loss, Tampa Bay has officially dropped to 0-3 on the road during the regular season, and with a 2-4 record heading into Week 8, the argument can be made that it’s time to hit the panic button. Keep in mind the Buccaneers were considered a team that many expected to make the leap in the NFC by becoming serious contenders after a successful offseason that consisted of the addition of DeSean Jackson to give Winston a deep threat to work with.

Not even a three-touchdown performance by Winston was good enough to pull out the win in this one, as Tampa Bay now has to worry about two difficult upcoming games against the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers. Winston’s shoulder may have ended up being fine on Sunday, but that doesn’t mean the Buccaneers still won’t be concerned moving forward.
