Let’s be honest, the Los Angeles Rams haven’t played a game against a perceived or considered playoff team since Seattle or Jacksonville.

That’s a while.

Since the Seahawks, Los Angeles has beaten the aforementioned Jaguars, Arizona (in London), the New York Giants in Jersey, and the Houston Texans in the Coliseum.

Not exactly a “Murderers’ Row.’

That all changes in Week 11.

The Rams get a team not to much unlike themselves.

The Vikings have a top NFL defense, and an offense centered on a strong running game.

At 7-2, Los Angeles is getting a team they aren’t necessarily better than.

Minnesota is one of the top four teams in the NFC, along with the Rams. In Weeks 11 and 12, Los Angeles will get two teams who are being touted as both conference and Super Bowl contenders, and on the near horizon, is a date looming with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Week 11 in Minneapolis will be the most accurate test of who and what the Rams are. If they are one of the top contenders in the NFC, then the Vikings will be a stop on the road to the playoffs and beyond.

But not so fast.

The Vikings will be the best team LA has faced thus far in the 2017 season. Minnesota will test Goff, and a motivated Keenum will test the Rams defense.
