3 storylines for Rams against New Orleans in Week 12
By Steve Rivera
Don’t let 7-3 fool you, the Los Angeles Rams have had a good season. Compared to the last 10 years and the dumpster fire of last season, 2017 has been awesome.
But let’s be honest, Minnesota is a solid contender despite your opinion of Case Keenum.
The New Orleans Saints and Drew Brees are a step up, and if the Rams are to be taken serious, they HAVE to beat the Saints.
Another loss to a quality opponent will all but render the Rams to a nice story but a season to soon to be taken serious.
That would be fair criticism.
But the 24-7 loss at Minnesota isn’t necessarily indicative of a team overrated, because the Los Angeles Rams are a quality football team.
Maybe they were just due for a loss.
You have to like the comments you heard from Cooper Kupp to Sean McVay, that tells you they believe the better team didn’t win.

All that said, Week 12 is now an absolute must win game that makes a second consecutive loss catastrophic to the hopes fans had of a postseason run. It would also show that the Rams simply aren’t ready to challenge for anything other than being better than 4-12.
Which they’ve proved already.
