3 predictions for Rams at Cardinals in Week 13
By Steve Rivera
Don’t expect the Los Angeles Rams to allow the Cardinals a thought that they aren’t done and ready for a rebuild.
The Cards are.
To allow any other thought is only prolonging the inevitable. Arizona is a team closer to the bottom of the NFC West than they make think. They got old, and are without a starting quarterback in Week 13 AND for the foreseeable future unless they do something big.
But all of that is another discussion for another day.
The Rams have three games remaining on their schedule against the NFC West, with their first this Sunday against the Cardinals.
Los Angeles can and will effectively show Arizona the door to a reclamation project. The Rams have better talent at all the key positions, and especially at head coach. Sean McVay has pulled this LA franchise out of a nosedive and has them poised for a playoff and a maybe Super Bowl run.
But first, are the Cardinals.
Look for the Rams to finish them off as December gets under way.
The road to an NFC West title effectively begins in Week 13. With games still to come against Seattle and San Francisco, step one begins in Glendale.
The Rams showed they can win a big game against a playoff team when they beat New Orleans.
Los Angeles also needs to show they can finish off a divisional opponent when they have a chance.
They do just that on Sunday.
