After only seeing two players earn honors a year ago, the Los Angeles Rams lead the way this time around with six players making the 2017 NFL All-Pro Team.

When looking at all of the surprise contenders from this season, the Los Angeles Rams rank right near the top of the list since everybody expected Sean McVay to need at least a year or two before turning things around. Not only did McVay help the Rams emerge as the team to beat in the NFC West for the first time since the 2003 season, but also the team played well enough to see six of their key players earn honors of being named to the 2017 NFL All-Pro Team, which is quite an amazing accomplishment.

Last year, Johnny Hekker and Aaron Donald were the only two members of Los Angeles to be named to the squad, although it’s easy to understand why no one else took home honors since the team finished with a 4-12 record. This time around, however, the Rams actually lead all NFL teams with six players being named to this year’s squad, making it easy to see why they were able to overtake the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West.

The best part is, if McVay was able to find this much success in year one, Los Angeles fans can only imagine what the future will hold for this young squad on the rise. And in honor of the six members of the Rams making this year’s All-Pro Team, it’s time to take a closer look at the winners.
