2018 NFL Mock Draft: Los Angeles Rams select Donte Jackson first round

Whether they want to admit it or not, the defense of the Seattle Seahawks isn’t as much of a threat as they used to be, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see numerous changes to the unit over the next couple of months. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end for a team like the Seahawks, but that doesn’t mean the team doesn’t have what it takes to get back on the right track.
Keep in mind that despite all of the setbacks, this is still a Seattle team that managed to win nine games this season, and if a few games had gone their way, a playoff berth most likely would have happened. But for now, the only thing the Seahawks can do is focus on improving over the next few months, especially on the defensive side of the football.
With all of the uncertainty at cornerback, one of the names to keep an eye on over the next few months in relation to Seattle is Iowa’s Josh Jackson. Seeing Jackson finish his final year with the Hawkeyes recording eight interceptions shows just how special of a cornerback he truly is, and could work wonders playing in a defense like the Seahawks.
