With the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles ramping up for the Super Bowl next Sunday, Los Angeles Rams fans are already looking forward to an offseason and 2018 NFL Draft that will add to an already talented 2017 roster.

As to who they select with the 23rd pick in the first round will be debated up until a name is actually read.

The list of needs is will known, with primarily defense at the top of it. But the offensive line has as many questions as what the Rams do on the other side of the football.

Safety, cornerback, and linebacker will dominate discussions, but interior lineman to protect quarterback Jared Goff shouldn’t be overlooked if Los Angeles wants to continue to be an offensive force in the league.

I’d imagine running back Todd Gurley would also like see the O-line get some needed attention.

With all the momentum built over the 2017 campaign, Rams GM Les Snead won’t want to see that slowed. Add to that the number of questions the organization has, especially on defense beginning with Aaron Donald, and the margin for error remains thin.

All that said, LA excelled with an offensive heavy draft last year, meaning it’s pretty clear what direction the Rams will go come draft time later this spring.
