It’s not just the Los Angeles Rams who improved this offseason. With the 2018 NFL Draft now in the books, the NFC West looks to have gotten much better for the foreseeable future.

It seems an absolute slam dunk that the Los Angeles Rams did a ton to improve for the immediate future, especially with the adds of players like Aqib Talib and Ndamukong Suh. Fans and NFL watchers will have high hopes for an LA team who surprised many in 2017, but won’t do that in 2018.

Post draft, the question now is how much more did the Rams realistically improve with their picks, who can contribute come Opening Day, and who can maybe evolve into a long term fix for holes the team needed to fill.

Outside of Los Angeles, the NFC West looks to have done very well. All four teams added players fans will recognized from college football last fall.

Meaning, the West from top to bottom is better than it probably has been for a few seasons now. The division has the kind of youth, especially at the most critical position, quarterback, than any other in the league. San Francisco, Los Angeles, and now Arizona all have the type of signal callers who can win games and maybe change the long term fortunes of their respective franchises.

Only the Seattle Seahawks look to be the team possibly on the wane.

With that, here are four players worth keeping an eye on as the 2018 NFL season rolls out this fall.
