Watching the Los Angeles Rams emerge as a surprise contender in the NFC last season was truly amazing to witness from a football perspective, and while there were plenty of reasons behind the success, the positive culture is one factor that doesn’t receive enough recognition.

As risky as it seemed at the time to hire Sean McVay as the youngest head coach in NFL history back in 2017, this turned out to be the best decision the Rams ever could have made.

Right away, McVay’s presence completely changed the culture in Los Angeles in the best way possible, and seeing them continue to act like a family is one of the main reasons behind their quick turnaround after winning just four games in 2016.

In fact, the Rams released a video on Father’s Day to help special teams coordinator John Fassel and his family with a baby gender reveal, showing just how special of a bond this team truly has. Check out this awesome video below of Jake McQuaide, Johnny Hekker, and Greg Zuerlein to help the Fassel family with the reveal that will leave a smile on the face of all football fans.

Players like Hekker have given Bones nothing but high praise over the years, and seeing Fassel allow these members on special teams to be part of the reveal of another girl to the family shows how special of a group this is.

Despite all of the struggles before the 2017 season, special teams had always been one of the few strengths of the Rams, and there’s no telling where this unit would be heading into 2018 if it wasn’t for Fassel.

Not to mention, the fact that McVay was willing to keep Fassel around as special teams coordinator after he was hired as head coach shows just how great of a coach he is, and should continue being so for years to come.

Baby gender reveal videos have become quite popular over the last couple of years, and it was awesome to see the Rams get in on the action by sharing this amazing experience for Fassel’s family with all of their fans.
