1. Success from first year under McVay

Many questioned the decision by the Rams last year in their decision to hire the youngest head coach in NFL history at the time in McVay, but when seeing how things turned out during his first season, there isn’t a single regret by the organization. One can only imagine what year two has in store for the Los Angeles head coach since this team seems like they were only scratching the surface last season when it comes to their potential, and it’s going to be exciting to see how this all plays out in 2018.

From his history of quarterback development to work with Jared Goff to establishing a reputation for being an offensive mastermind, the list of reasons to hire McVay was certainly a long one for the Rams. And when seeing how quickly he’s helped this team go from being a laughing stock in the NFL after winning just four games in 2016 to a serious Super Bowl contender shows just how great of a job McVay has done in such a short period of time.

But as mentioned before, the first step is to focus on this current season by Los Angeles showing they’re ready to live up to the Super Bowl hype, and Donald being part of the mix takes those odds to a whole new level for 2018 and beyond.
