12. Pittsburgh Steelers

One can only imagine how the Pittsburgh Steelers are feeling this week after pulling the unthinkable by watching Sunday’s game with the Cleveland Browns end in a tie, although the argument can be made they should enjoy it since Ben Roethlisberger had five turnovers. Even if the debate can be made that the outcome would have been much different if the weather wasn’t so terrible, it doesn’t take away from how bad the Steelers as a team looked overall with some questions heading into Week 2.

For starters, Mike Tomlin needs to make sure that Big Ben doesn’t put together another similar performance like he did on Sunday, and do everything in his power to prevent turnovers when facing the Kansas City Chiefs. Based off how good they looked against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Chiefs’ defense may end up being more of a threat than the Browns, meaning it’s up to Roethlisberger to turn things around.

On another note, it will be interesting to see what happens over the next couple of days with the whole Le’Veon Bell situation since James Conner (192 yards from scrimmage with two scores) made a strong case for being just fine on offense without him. As great as Bell has been over the years, if Conner continues to play at this high level, why wouldn’t they just consider replacing him in the backfield?
