2. Rams earning extra rest

Cards on the table, nobody really likes to play football games on Thursday night since the short rest is always a pain to deal with, but also seems to put more players at risk to get hurt. Luckily, the Rams were able to end up on the winning end of their 38-31 victory over the Vikings in Week 4 to remain undefeated while earning some extra rest for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks.

On paper, the argument can be made that Los Angeles is the clear favorite to win over Seattle since there’s a reason why they’re viewed as one of the top teams in the league, but that doesn’t mean the Seahawks are going to make it easy for them. However, the good news for the Rams is they do have the one major advantage over the Seahawks in the rest department since those extra couple of days following that Thursday game gave their bodies a little extra time to recover.

There was a time in which Seattle was one of the most difficult places to play as a result of their hostile environment and while that could be the case once again come Sunday, let’s not forget what happened last year when Los Angeles came to town. Thanks to Sean McVay being a mastermind at what he does, the Rams feel confident enough in playing in any environment, no matter how hostile it may seem.
