3. Cooks, Kupp leave with concussions

Back in Week 4, the receiving corps of the Rams was basically unstoppable during their win over the Minnesota Vikings, as Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods, and Cooper Kupp all managed to break the 100+ receiving yards. For reasons that don’t need to be explained, it’s highly unlikely this is going to happen often just because of how difficult it can be, but when it does happen, the Rams feel a little extra excitement knowing just how dangerous their trio of receivers truly are.

Despite Sunday’s win, no member of Los Angeles managed to cross the 100-yard receiving mark, although the argument could be made that Cooks or Kupp could have if they weren’t forced to leave the game with concussions. Brutal hits are unfortunately quite common when it comes to the NFL, and losing two of their top targets on offense was a tough adjustment for the Rams at first, but luckily they were able to still get by.

Whether it was Woods (five catches for 92 yards) stepping up when needed the most or Josh Reynolds (two catches for 39 yards, one rush for 10 yards) taking advantage of the playing opportunity, at least Los Angeles still has plenty of playmakers. Hopefully, Cooks and Kupp will be cleared quickly so the Rams can be back at full strength at receiver to put them in better position to remain undefeated.
