The Arizona Cardinals finally found a quarterback in Josh Rosen and a win in Week 5 at the San Francisco 49ers. The Cards found something to build upon, and the Niners realized that maybe 2018 is lost after all.

That said, Arizona gets a Vikings team who found a win in Philadelphia against an Eagles team who is clearly floundering. Maybe good maybe bad, but a road trip to Minneapolis is never an easy “W”, and for a Cardinals team looking for some traction, Week 6 will be a tough get.

Rosen is a quarterback easy to like, especially in a division like the NFC West where quarterback play looks to be on the uptick. Granted Russell Wilson in Seattle is on a mediocre team, Jimmy Garoppolo is injured for the season on a bad team, and the jury is likely out in Phoenix where Rosen is still figuring things out.

Then you have the Rams where Jared Goff is racking up 300+ yards passing per game and is 5-0, so you have that.

Hey, the Cardinals have time.

Rosen can go to Minnesota and get smashed, and he’ll wake up on Monday morning and still be the quarterback in Arizona.

That’s how solid he is.

It’s hard to see a win for the Cardinals, then again I thought they’d be 0-5 heading into Week 6.
