The Los Angeles Rams improved their record to 6-0 with a win against the Denver Broncos as running back Todd Gurley led the way.

The Los Angeles Rams beat the Denver Broncos 23-20 in a Week 6 match-up. It wasn’t a day where quarterback Jared Goff was particularly good or a day that had the offense rolling up a lot of points. It WAS a day where running back Todd Gurley reminded everyone that while Goff may be the trigger-man for their high flying passing game, he’s the guy who can grind it out in less than ideal weather conditions.

For the record, the weather didn’t seem to be a big deal in Denver. While the pictures on Sunday looked absolutely winter-like, game time presented no issues.

The Rams are now 6-0 and are the only undefeated team remaining in the league after the Kansas City Chiefs lost Sunday night to the New England Patriots. With two games left in October, Los Angeles looks to be in position to wrap up the first part of the season at  8-0, 7-1 or 6-2.

Without a doubt, the odds are that the best team in the league is in Southern California, and short of injuries, few things will hinder the Rams. With Gurley making a legit run at a league MVP and Goff playing the best football in year three of his career, expectations are both lofty and now reasonable.
