The NFC West went .500 in Week 6 with the Los Angeles Rams leading the way and staying perfect in a 23-20 win at the Denver Broncos.

While the Los Angeles Rams will look to stay perfect in Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers, those same Niners and the Arizona Cardinals will look to get back into the win column for only the second time in 2018. Meanwhile the Seattle Seahawks enter the bye week back at .500 with a win against the Oakland Raiders.

The shorter version of all of that is the NFC West is down bordering on being pretty average to bad.

The class of the division is also the class of the National Football League as the Rams win against the Denver Broncos makes them 6-0 headed to a division showdown against the 49ers, who managed to show some life on Monday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers.

It won’t necessarily be easy against San Francisco since the Rams are only 1-3 against their California rivals since they moved back to Los Angeles in 2016. But if talent is the ultimate determining factor, LA could be looking at heading to Week 8 at 7-0.

As for the Cardinals, they get a Broncos team who just lost to the Rams and will be looking to bounce back in in Glendale. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have a week off before a game at the Detroit Lions to close out the first half of the season.
