The Los Angeles Rams have been an absolute scoring juggernaut in 2018, averaging 30 plus points per game until Week 6 against the Denver Broncos where 23 seemed hard to come by. Then again on a day where quarterback Jared Goff struggled a bit, they have another guy who can pick it up and carry the load in running back Todd Gurley.

If one fly is in the ointment in Week 7 for the Rams, it’s the injury to wide receiver Cooper Kupp. The timetable has yet to be announced for his return, but Los Angeles has got to be hoping it’s next week at home against the Packers.

Nonetheless even with Kupp in street clothes, Goff still has ample talent around him to catch passes in better weather, and a running game that appears can’t be stopped.

Look for Goff to have a big day not unlike what he had against the Minnesota Vikings (26 of 33 for 465 yds, 5 TD’s, and zero INT) in Week 4. As good as the Niners defense was for a good chunk of the game on Monday night, the Rams can punish you for a full 60 minutes, and that’s a lot of time for the LA offense and Goff to be on the field.

Without a doubt, Goff is having a solid season. Despite looking off against Denver last Sunday, his touch will be fine against their division rival.
