The biggest and best part of Week 7 should be the return of Greg Zuerlein to the Rams lineup. Make no mistake, LA is tremendous without him, with him they may be world beaters.

Head coach Sean McVay has a lot at his disposal beyond offense and defense, his special teams is potent with both Zuerlein and punter Johnny Hekker keeping opposing offenses on the far side of the field.

The Los Angeles Rams have already had to overcome injuries, and as tough as missing someone like Aqib Talib is, an argument can be made that the injury to Zuerlein was harder. He was automatic in Week 7 kicking three field goals (3/3) and making all four of his point after attempts accounting for 13 points.

The kicking game will be a critical element for Los Angeles heading into Week 8 and beyond. It’s another weapon the Rams can deploy, a safety valve for the offense should it stall, and piece of mind for McVay.

A lot of good things have happened for the Los Angeles Rams so far in 2018, and while being 3-0 against the NFC West is a significant accomplishment along with being 7-0 overall, the return of Zuerlein may be the best thing to come out of a successful trip to Northern California.

Legatron – A plus.
